On Mad O Ball 3D you get the role of a rolling ball which will need to move around using tilt sensors trying to keep it on the way without falling. In your way you will find some obstacles as holes which you will need to jump it by pressing the "jump" button, which are convenient placed on both sides of the device, which is a great idea cause left and right handed will play without problem.
